Original Oil on two canvases (diptych).
A beautiful impressionistic diptych inspired by a local Mediterranean nature walk, where the swifts often fly low through the trees, unphased by people. They fly through the wilderness on the cliffside, across the road, and back again.
The painting was completed in 5 sessions working at au Plein air in July 2022.
